About the product

What it does

BDYCTRL is an iOS app for logging and planning workouts. You build your own from 1,400+ exercises, press play on a guided bodyweight BDYSession, or ask Bolt, the AI coach, to plan a session or a 4, 8 or 12 week cycle from your training history.

Each workout ends with a Performance Score out of 115, and you can set goals on lifts, weight, body fat or tape measurements. Streaks count weeks, not days, so a rest day does not break one.

Who it is for

People who train around a full-time job and want to keep progressing in the gym, at home or on the road, with an iPhone and a plan that can change from week to week.

Not the right fit for

Athletes who already follow a coach's program, people who need to sync data from many sport watches, and anyone without an iPhone.
