Gravl
Gravl is a gym app that builds a strength training plan around a lifter's goals, equipment and schedule. It prefills every set with reps and weight, adjusts the next week's weights through progressive overload, and has how-to videos for each exercise.
The app adapts workouts to the equipment at a chosen gym, swaps exercises for same-muscle matches, and imports routines from photos, PDFs or social posts. It also tracks muscle recovery, runs on Apple Watch, Wear OS and Garmin, and has in-app coach support.
